For job applicants: work history, references, and background-check results

How We Use Your Information

To schedule walkthroughs, prepare proposals, and manage active service accounts
To send scheduling confirmations, service reports, and account updates by email and text
To respond to your questions and provide account support
To manage our crews and assign work to your site

Text Messaging & Phone Numbers

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or any personally identifiable information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used only by L & M Commercial Cleaners to send you the service-related messages you signed up for. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.

Site Confidentiality

Our crews frequently work in occupied buildings after hours. Every worker assigned to your site signs a confidentiality agreement before receiving access. We do not photograph, record, or disclose anything about your premises, tenants, or operations beyond the service documentation we provide to you. Where a facility requires additional confidentiality or business associate paperwork, we sign it at onboarding.

How We Share Information

We share information only with service providers that help us operate — such as our payment processor, email provider, and text-message provider — and only as needed to deliver our services. Where your scope includes specialty work performed by a vetted subcontractor, we share only what that partner needs to perform the work. We never sell your information.

Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information. Payment details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our servers. Keys, access codes, and alarm credentials are logged and controlled under a written access protocol.
