Medical & Dental Office Cleaning in Orlando, FL
Cleaning for medical and dental practices across Orlando, with the compliance documentation already in place before we walk your building.
Clinical space is a documentation burden, not just a cleaning job
Cleaning a practice is straightforward. Proving you are allowed to is where most cleaning companies fall down, because a practice manager has to be able to produce your paperwork if a surveyor asks for it.
We maintain a written bloodborne pathogen exposure control plan, reviewed annually. Assigned staff are trained at assignment and annually after. Hepatitis B vaccination is offered to every worker with occupational exposure. That file is available to you at onboarding.
Clinical and administrative zones are cleaned differently
- Exam and treatment rooms follow a separate written protocol from front-of-house
- Color-coded microfiber prevents cross-contamination between zones
- High-touch clinical surfaces disinfected with appropriate contact times observed
- Waiting rooms, reception and administrative areas on a standard office protocol
- Restroom sanitation and restocking throughout
- Every assigned worker signs a confidentiality agreement before site access
What we do not do
We do not transport or dispose of regulated medical waste. That stays with your existing licensed contractor, and our crews are trained on the boundary — sharps containers and red-bag waste are not handled, moved or emptied by us.
Being explicit about the line is the point. A vendor who is vague about it is a vendor who has not thought about it.
Practice types
Primary care and family practice, dental and orthodontic offices, specialist and surgical suites, urgent care, physical therapy and rehabilitation, imaging centers, and behavioral health practices.
Start with a walkthrough. Not a contract.
We'll walk your building, put the scope in writing, and quote it flat by month. Already under contract? Keep it — we'll hold the proposal until your renewal date so you have a real number to compare against.
